‘Hendheetra Darbar’ in June

The debut film in the combination of talented Tamil films director V Shekhar and K.Ramachandra ‘Hendheetra Darbar’ that is also the first combination of actor cum director Ramesh Aravind and richly talented Meena (both acted in Tamil film ‘Idhaya Vasal’) in Kannada is getting ready for release in June this year.

Ramesh Aravind plays the husband to Meena who is back after her marriage. “This is a meaty role for me- a middle class role. The aspiration of all middle class family is also explained in this film. All middle class women want their husband to be ATM. I work as a clerk in the Slum Clearance Board but fail to clear the aspirations of my wife. Drawing attention on the greatness of director Shekhar actor cum director Ramesh Aravind is confident of good results of this film. I have worked with one of the best directors. There is a floor in the name of V Shekhar (cluster of houses floor) in AVM studio that alone speaks the popularity of this director”, said Ramesh Aravind.

Producer Kollegal Ramachandra after eight films in Tamil is back to his birth place to produce the film. Karnataka is ‘Guru Bhoomi’ he says. “I have five more stories to make in Kannada. I want people to watch this cinema”, he said.

Ambika a theatre actress plays the role of Sadhu Kokila wife and this is her debut film. She hails from Chamarajanagara. Raju Mahender the cameraman says this comedy cum sentiment film sure to be a hit in Kannada.
